- The will to conquer the mountain. You should be both mentally and physically prepared for the trek. Please note that the Organizers word is final to take any decision during the trek as per the situation demands in an amicable manner and there should not be any further discussion. The decision will be taken in the best interest of the team and the motto of event. Also be prepared that we would ideally want all of us to be going for the summit but based on the situations/conditions which are not in our control like weather/health/route, the team/individual might have to turn back accordingly.
